Very disappointed. Flowers ordered via 1-800- flowers. Astor Park Floral was the florist. The delivery was fouled up and the flowers were brown and withered. Was given second arrangement but the flowers were also brown and subpar. Was told my son would get full refund. I returned both arrangements....my son has yet to receive his refund. The owner was was nice at first but when I complained about the second arrangement he became surly. When I tired to obtain information about refund (the owner told me he would give my son a full refund) the owner hung up on me. I contacted 1-800-flowers and placed a complaint against this florist shop. Judging by his comments here on this forum I am not surprised now by his reaction. He clearly does not know how to react to unhappy customers. UPDATE: 1-800-flowers gave my son a complete refund. He filled out a customer satisfaction survey so that they will follow up with this florist. The owner never submitted a refund via 1-800-flowers as he told me he would.

What a fantastic experience working with Aster Park Floral! The customer service, quality and creativity is second to none and highly recommended! You will be amazed and being referring all your friends to utilize their services from buying a single rose to hosting a huge flower-filled event. It is all done with elegance, grace and class while being catered to "you" the customer. Whatever you want or suggest they will find a way to beautifully make it happen. Even if you do not need flowers, it is fun to shop in the store with all the high quality, fun, unique and eclectic items you will not find anywhere else in this area.

I love going to Aster floral, they are so friendly and make sure that everything I asked for is done to a tee....everyone that I have gotten flowers/gifts for can not stop talking about how unique and beautiful they are. Awesome and personal stuff.... Would not recommend going anywhere else....

Very disappointed: Ordered flowers to go to local hospital at 8:30 in the morning on the website. Not received by 1pm so I called. I was told by a male that they were sitting right there. He was going to wait until he left the shop to deliver them because he lives in that area. When asked what time that would be I was told 5:30 to 6pm. Isn't this why I am charged a delivery fee? So they can be delivered? Not so I can pay for his gas to get home. At 7pm they still were not delivered TO the patient. I called several numbers and received NO response. I was livid. The ordere bouquet was finally delivered at 9pm to the patient. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I will never use this floral shop again OR recommend to my friends and family. Word of mouth goes a long way and this gal knows how to talk.

Have ordered flowers from Aster Park several times and they're always beautiful! Quick and efficient with a creative florist and flowers that last. Would highly recommend - they also have a cute gift shop with unique items for home and garden.

Reference to Dissapointed. Jesse- I'm so sorry you were unhappy with your wedding flowers...I made them exactly as pictured those are the roses you chose and we talked about(the reason you talked with Joe the owner is because you stopped in unnanounced on my day off to make final changes...I would have been happy to meet with you again if you had made and apt or I was in that day) Nature only makes certain colors and what you picked is what you received...I wish you would have told me at the church I could have tried to spray them or do something to make you happy... We at Aster Park want nothing but the best for our Brides. I tryed to contact you after your mother stopped in and made an issue(she was very rude and hurtful she should not have said the things she did about us.)over the color...again it was exactly as the picture you brought in. Again there is not a true purple naturally. As far as the centerpieces go we did add white pine and you never mentioned berries so there was no note in your contract about them and no charge( I give a copy to all brides) I belive we were more that accomodating with your set-up Joe( owner) and myself (florist) set up 24 tables happily on new years eve for you at no charge....no flowers just let you use our vases and placed twigs and your feathers and pine cones in the centerpieces and free white pine. All at no charge then for your mother to come in and say the things she did to us ( I'm not just some young dumb girl who doesnt know what she is doing I did exactly what you had asked out of the kindness of our hearts to keep you in your budget!) By the way I do have over 12 years of experience with a degree in floral design and business! Not to shabby for some dumb florist! There are 2 sides to every story.

Outstanding!. I use Aster Park Floral whenever I send flowers. The arrangements are always original and their flowers last much longer than some of the other floral shops in town. I cant recommend them enough!

Disappointed. If you decide to use this florist I would request to talk to the florist, not the owner. I brought in pictures of flower arrangements I wanted for my wedding. The owner said they would replicate the looks for the wedding. I requested purple roses in my bridesmaid boquets, but unfortunately received pink(Mauve) roses. Afterward when I asked why the roses were pink she said we would never say you could order purple? The owner also said he would add pine and berries to the centerpieces but never did. The centerpieces looked sparse!
