Agree with other reviews, terrible customer service. I've ordered from Green Bay PIzza Company a few times now. The first time it was great! The two or three times afterwards the pizza arrived late and very cold. This time was no different. About 30 minutes late, meaning it took them well over an hour to make and deliver one pizza. We called them about a refund on just the pizza, keep the tip, but they said all they can do is give us a free pizza next time we order. We will not be ordering from them again!

Awful customer service. I ordered a pizza which never came, when I called back at 1230 at night wondering where my pizza was they said I didn't live in their delivery area so they didn't deliver it. They never tried calling me to tell me I called the eastside by mistake but I live on packerland, who doesn't know packerland is on the westside? Then the girl, teal, who answered the phone was extremely rude, she never apologized just said she didn't take the order and it wasn't her problem. Well now it was too late at night to order from anywhere else. Why wouldn't they just call the westside with the order, or call me, or just deliver it?? Then I asked for the owner to call me back. Guess what? I never heard from them just like I never got my pizza. I will NEVER order from there again!

Poor Customer Service. I ordered pizza during traveling for work, I was informed that it would take 45 minutes to have my food delivered. The food did not come for 2 hours, and was cold. Since it was almost midnight I went to bed, because I had to wake up early. I called to complain in the morning, the morning manager told me he would have the evening manager call me back. I wasnt called back, I called to ask why there was a delay and the manager said he lost my number. They wouldnt refund my pizza, I was frusterated so I wanted to have the owner call me, he never did.



I then called again and talked to the owners wife who yelled at me for ruining her morning with a complaint. She was very rude and hung up on my saying her husband would call me back. They never did.



Do not order pizza from this establishment, there is no customer service, extremely rude.
