AWFUL.
This is the very definition of "dive bar." I thought we were in the wrong place when we pulled in the parking lot. We tried to put that aside in search of a good meal but this was a complete failure.
The waitress said we had to try the "famous" perch. It was terrible. The fries were even bad. The cole slaw was OK--different, not really good, but edible.
Paper plates, bad food, ridiculous building/atmosphere. It was very busy, though, so they must be doing something right. I am guessing this is the type of place that has a lot of regulars. We will never be back.

TERRIBLE FOOD.
WOW , ORDERED THE PERCH, THERE WERE 6 OF US , 4 PERCH, IT WASNT PERCH, IT WAS BLACK COLORED FISH, FROZEN AND THEN FRIED, , ONE PERSON HAD THE COD OR HADDOCK, I WAS SERVED ON A PAPER PLATE AND WAS ABOUT 3 OZ VERY EXPENSIVE FOR 3 OZ OF FISH, AND IT WASNT VERY GOOD ,
THE PERCH WAS HORRIBLE ( AGAIN WASNT REAL PERCH )

Great place for smokers and school lunch fish..
No need to light up just breath deep. This is an all smoking establishment.
I often wonder if there are more smokers or non smokers these days. The
fish was frozen factory made like school lunch. The slaw is to die for. It is homemade.
What ever happened to the Farr's Grove I once knew?
