terrible with insurance claims. Most recently have struggled to have insurance benefits applied to services. Only after I insisted they place a claim did they, originally told they don't work with my company so they were refusing to place a claim.

Then it took months for them to send claim and this only after talking directly with office manager. After insurance reimbursed their office it took an additional 4 weeks to have monies returned to me.

Too frustrating to deal with any longer - will definately look for someone more customer friendly.

Best service by far!!. I have been a patient at The Eyecare Place for several years. The friendly staff is always more then willing to help. I highly recommend The Eyecare Place for all of your visual needs.
