Great service this weekend!!!. I used uship for a load of historic military vehicles going from Oshkosh to Green Bay and then back again. Crosby came in with the lowest bid and I selected them. Boy am I glad I did!!! Talk about professional!

They showed up before the appointed time and were ready to work. Their uniforms were very clean and well maintained. Their equipment is new and very well kept.

We discussed how we were going to load the vehicles and loaded them according to the plan. I drove them up the trailer and they did all the rest very quickly. Loading one vehicle has taken almost an hour with other carriers. With Crosby both vehicles were on the trailer and down the road in less than 1/2 hour.

Delivery and the return trip home was just as easy.

I highly recommend them to anyone!

Worst Customer Service I Have Had Straight from the Owner. I called Crosby Heavy Duty to tow my vehicle that was 2 miles down the road from where I needed it to end up. Crosby sent me a bill for over $200 to have my vehicle towed for 2 miles. When I called and talked to the owner about it he explained that is the flat rate for a vehicle that has been in an 'accident'. I told him that did not make sense because there is no difference towing the vehicle if it was in an accident or if it ran out of gas. He replied with "we charge for the clean up of a vehicle for oil spills and sweeping". My car hit the curb and was not drivable, but there was no clean up necessary as it was in a parking lot with no oil spill and no sweeping necessary.

The owner was very rude to me and told me how I know nothing about business and I do not understand the concept of bill. Well I am sorry but I graduated business school and keep good record of bill paying and am very reponsible with money. What ever happened to teh conept that the customer is always right and companies should do what they can to make them happy.

When I told him how unhappy I was and that I will let people know how terrible his servcie is, he let me know how much he did not care what I thought and that my opinion means nothing to me. I have never written a bad review before, but I felt it was necessary to warn anyone who is considering using this businesses as their towing company.

I could not even get myself to give Crosby any stars becuase of the way I was treated and the poor cusotmer service they have given me. (However it was required to at least give one star)

So rude.. These guys have no idea how to interact with the general public. They are either extreamlly sheltered or don't give a damn about thier fellow man (woman.) I had heard stories from people who had to interact with this company and thought that the people relaying the stories must be stretching the truth. Oh no. They were right on. I have never, in my life, delt with people so socialy inept and straight out rude. Good thing they have a contract with Green Bay to do thier towing, otherwise these guys would be drummed out of town by the masses.

Hold vehicle possessions hostage, regardless of law. A very good friend of mine's daughter was involved in an accident, they were told they could only retrieve their purses, but if anything fell out of their purses while removing them that they would not be able to pick up what had fallen out. Someone needs to remind the owners that this is a violation of Wisconsin law. The vehicle was covered under insurance and even if it wasn't covered it is a violation of Wisconsin law to hold anyone's personal belongings hostage. Wake up Crosby Towing, before you have a lawsuit on your hands.
