…
just really bad. i hadn't been to olive garden in the past 10 years. my son is a pasta lover so i thought we'd try it. all i remember from way back is that the bread sticks and salad are good.. and that is still true. i had a horrible soup that was inedible, i told the waitress, and she said "oh sorry!" . When my son's entree came it was barely edible. We asked for a little marinara to dip our breadsticks in, out came this giant dish with and additional $3 charge. When the bill came, my awful soup was still on there, i was so annoyed. they really don't care what you think. if you like tasteless food, with no fresh herbs, and management that doesn't care what you think, this is your place. i will never go back again, i wonder why they are always so crowded, don't people care about quality at all?
Traditional dishes and all -you-can-eat salad, soup and bread sticks are the draw at this upscale-casual Italian restaurant..
In Short
Established in 1982, this chain gained a following for its laid-back atmosphere and generous portions. Patrons settle into comfortable booths and tables in dining rooms with plants, artwork and décor reminiscient of the villas in the Tuscan countryside. Starters include scampi, sausage or pepperoni pizza, and several soup choices, as well as a signature seafood dip (crab, shrimp, cheese and marinara). Entrees include classics like lasagna, fettuccine Alfredo and chicken parmigiana. There are also "Garden Fare" options, which promise 30 percent fewer calories.
