Tips for Broadway Enterprises Inc

My experience with Broadway Automotive. I bought 3years ago an almost new SUV with an additional six years extended warranty. It’s nothing wrong with it to have it but if you see a reason to doubt the work for what they charge you, then u are in a trap. I went there for a 3000 miles inspection. Short after I got it back the exhaust came loose so I thought an exhaust does not come off suddenly. Well, I didn’t wondering since they also didn’t even update the tire pressure neither the inspection counter. 3000 miles later I dropped off the car and got a call 19min later that the inspection is done so I wondering what they charged me for? After it, I pointed the car drift to the left side so I made an appointment for wheel alignment but the car still drifted to the left. I explained my observation and the reaction @ the other end left the impression that she had already to deal with a recall like this. After I did drop off my car again, they called me, saying the mechanic couldn’t confirm my observation so the car is ready to go. I wondering that they didn’t feel anything wrong with it & left my thoughts & they decided that the manager gives it another ride. Guess what? They said the tires are the reason. They shifted the left with the right front tire and told me the car drift now to the right side but they service report says no drifting anymore. I think of course how should I trust the skills of their mechanics, which tells me twice there is nothing wrong, when they not even point at a ride, that the car drift to one side, so that the service manager had to confirm my experience? Well, they told me, nothing left except to change the tire at Broadway for $640! The competition offered me the same for $350. Well, we are all customers that count on the work of the opposite so why people not turn in the necessary attitude in order to treat others just the same way as they expect to get treats? Nevertheless I am glad to live here beside people that make this country great with their attitude, care and spirit.
