Adequate. I'm a bit of an aficionado when it comes to BBQ. I was optimistic when I looked at their website but ultimately disappointed. There is NO smoking of the food at this 'smokehouse'. The restaurant is part of the Best Western hotel across from Lambeau Field and it has the ambience you would expect of a Best Western restaurant. The $7.95 lunch buffet is affordable and offers a huge variety of food including salad bar, deserts, veggies, soup and chili, and even a pasta bar with a chef to personalize your dish. But, don't expect to get REAL BBQ.
