horrible experience.. i got my hair done there and they were really horrible... the staff members are really rude and inconsiderate towards the customers and they did a horrible job on my hair. im never going back there again.

Great haircut, reasonable price, friendly staff!. I went to Options sight unseen based upon location and a review on CitySearch. I was encouraged right away as I saw that almost every stylist was busy with a client - this had to be a popular place! My stylist Deana did a wonderful job with my hair, cutting and styling it with help from a photo I brought in. I would definitely return, and in fact Deana kept my example photo with my name and date for future reference!

Back to school hair. I saw a stylist there that cut my hair for the first day of senior year. I wanted it completely different because my ex-boyfriend liked it the way it was and there was no way I wanted him to like it (I was really mad at him). So I got my mid-back length hair cut to neck length (my ex didn't like short hair). It looked great! Unfortunately my ex liked it too.
