(Now that we are moving away) We walked in the door and were told that they needed to clear a table for the 2 of us. After waiting 5 minutes another couple came in, and were immediately seated. #1 thing that ticked us off. We were then sat and the server took our drink order. (The wine we ordered was no longer in stock and not removed from the menu) We then ordered our food. We received our appetizer, and salads in good time. We then ordered a second glass of wine each when we received our salads. The server came up after 10 minutes and said they were washing glasses and it would be another minute. We then received our entrees, ate half of the entrees, then were told they were still washing our glasses. We then finished our dinners still waiting for our wine. No Apology, nothing. We cancelled the wine, and left. I manage a restaurant myself, NEVER is this type of service acceptable. There was not a single smile from any of the staff. Including the manager. I would recommend going to Fazoli's on East Mason Street... the new table side service, and friendly staff are beyond better then this Italian dining experience. Two thumbs down!
josephines pizza is the best!. i love josephines pizza i would highly recommended you go there, there pizza is great and soo is everything eles i have never been to a restuant so wonder like theres!! if you go there once you will always want to go. i have no clue what the other dude was saying but abvosly they dont no reall good food and i recommend they do there and say what they said to there face and see what happens. i no food and josephines is the best ever created!!
STAY AWAY from Josephine's Pizza!. The atmosphere is cute but the pizza is nasty. It has a very strange sweet ORANGE not red sauce. Plus they are very skimpy on the toppings especially the cheese. Good thing that they offer bread as an appetizer because the pizza would never fill you up. The quality of our $26 pizza compared to that of a $6 frozen grocery store pizza. Maybe other menu items are better but it was the worst pizza I ever had in a sit down restaurant.
