Terrible experience! I made an appointment for myself to look at bridal gowns & made an appointment after mine for my daughter to look at junior bridesmaid dresses. My appointment went downhill fast. The ENTIRE appointment, the consultant kept excusing herself & it was very clear I was not her focus & she was helping other clients. I was only given the catalog to look at to make choices. When I was finished looking, it was clear she was too busy with someone else to even care if I made a choice. I was waiting by the exit with my jacket on for 5 minutes when the consultant said "oh ya, you had an appointment for your daughter too?" My reply, no thanks, we are leaving". Went to the next store & bought my dress and my daughters dress.....David's lost out on a $1000 sale from me!

David's Bridal offered me the best service I have ever experienced. The staff made me feel as though I was the center of their world that day. They also followed up with me after I purchased my dress to make sure all was going well with my wedding plans. They were far beyond accommodating. I would refer anyone and everyone to go to David's.

Worst experience, horrible customer service. At the appointment they gave me 2 dresses of my 12 in 3 sizes. After putting them in the room they left. Didn't come back til after I went and got more dresses myself. My husband helped me with the dresses. David's Bridal needs to work on their customer service and this location is no exception. Wouldn't waste my time with them, go to somebody who cares!

Very Poor Service!!. SO PEEVED at the David's Bridal in Green Bay, WI!!!

First, I have tried calling the store on at least 4 different occasion, during posted business hours, and they have yet to answer!! Plus! How does a business NOT answer the phone during business hours AND NOT HAVE AND ANSWERING MACHINE???

Second, I ordered a flower girl dress from them and when I took it out to try on my daughter it was severely wrinkled!! It looks like they just took it out of the shipping container and stuck it on a hanger.

Crappy service David's Bridal!! It's no wonder that the reviews for this store are ALL NEGATIVE!! Yet another horrible experience for a customer of the Green Bay David's Bridal!!!

Horrible customer service. I went to this store on a Monday evening with three other people. I was in search of my bridal gown . There was ONE other customer in the store. As we were browsing through the dresses, the salesperson came up to me to say that it was fine if we looked, but since we did not have an appt, there was no way I could try anything on. 1. Even if I did find a dress there that I liked, I would not have needed help from a salesperson. I had my Mom and two other people along to help. 2. The woman that approached us was EXTREMELY rude - acted like we were a huge imposition. We walked in the store - over to look at the dresses - and didn't bug a single person for anything. Then, finally the rude salesperson came up to make sure we knew we couldn't do anything w/out an appt. Did I mention there was ONE other customer in the store at the time? I will NEVER go back. It's unfortunate that this location is making such a bad name for David's Bridal. I have been to other David's locations in larger cities, and I have had excellent customer service. Definitely NOT here, though.

Definitely not impressed. I went with a friend who is having her wedding in September. Our first visit was actually great, when we were picking out her wedding gown and the bridesmaid dresses.

However, when we came back to get her dress sized and the bridesmaids fitted to get their dresses ordered, the salesperson kept leaving us, and pretty much didn't seem to care at all what we wanted/needed/whatever, and pretty much just left us to our own devices.

We were also informed that, though it says you can ad straps to dresses, we were NOT allowed to ad straps to the bridesmaid gowns because it would "alter the style of the dress" Apparently it's too hard to sew on two pieces of fabric.

The bride was also told that they would start working on her alterations, and she could pay and pick it up at the store when she was able to get into town (She was coming from 2 hours away), when she called to confirm, AGAIN, that she had canceled her appointment to get the hemming fitted (because she couldn't make it into town, and they "conveniently" didn't cancel her appointment the first time she called) they informed her that until they get the money, they would not be altering her dress.

Definitely glad I went there with someone else, because I will NOT be going there for my wedding gown, at all. Way too much hassle, and there are probably only one or two people there who actually care about the customers, one of them being our initial consultant, and the other being the lady they use for alterations. I know her personally, and I think she is an amazing person, but would NEVER buy a dress from that bridal shop.

inconsiderate saleslady. They were rude, talked to one another as if I weren't there, did not listen to anything that I wanted, it was as if I were just another annoying customer to them and they were trying to make another sale. Everything I said I'd like to try they ignored, or said that it wouldn't work like that. The undergarments they make you wear are very uncomfortable, yet the won't let you try it on your own way, at least not until you start to cry. I would never go back there, which is a shame because some of the dresses were very pretty.
