Pale AlePale ale is our signature beer. It has a husky grain aroma with floral hop accents followed by a sweet malt backbone. This pale ale is flawless, a classic brew for any occassion.
Amber AleAmber ale has a deep amber color topped with an ample two finger white head. The great head retention and fishnet lacing add to the ambiance of this ale. With the faint citric hop aroma mixed with sweet caramel malt, the body supports a nice balance between malt and hop. It's a medium bodied ale with a creamy mouthfeel that finishes very clean.
Luna Coffee StoutLuna coffee stout pours pitch black with hues deep mahogany. The two finger, fluffy, tan head recedes slowly leaving a nice, full lace for a very impressive look. With a solid, yet not overpowering aroma of coffee, you can still smell a hint of chocolate. The bold, rich taste of creamy coffee doesn't overwhelm the rest of the flavors leaving a hint of chocolate to finish. On a cold winter night, you couldn't ask for a better cold beer to warm you up.
Pub DraughtPub draught has a thick, creamy head that rests on top of a hazy amber beer. the head is massive and lasting. pub draught has a smooth aroma of light English hops, along with a faint fruit smell. the aroma hints at the taste of flaky biscuit-like toasted malts with a hint of toffee and mild english hops. with as satisfyingly refreshing quality, it's about as smooth, creamy, and drinkable as a beer can get.
IPAIPA has a roasty amber color with a lacey, beige head to top it off. With citrus and floral aromas, a pronounced hop presense fills the nose. A slightly biscuity flavor with well balanced bitterness and a malty sweetness finishes with a dry mouthfeel and a lasting bitterness.
SaisonSaison has a golden hue with an ample two finger head. A lemon-citrus aroma fills the nose. Brewed with belgian specialty malts and a multitude of spices. Starts with a crisp citrus flavor and leaves a spicy pepper finish.
Maple BockMaple bock has a dark brown, mahogany hue around the fringe. The dark, creamy looking head leaves you with a little bit of lace. Hints of chocolate and caramel malts and a touch of maple syrup fill your nose. Maple bock enters your mouth dense, and full. With the nice taste of a solid bock, maple syrup flavor doesn't overpower the rest of the beer. Layered roasted malt and caramel create a slightly sweet flavor. Maple bock was given the "world champion bock" designation by the world beer championships in 1997.
Cherry WheatOur door county cherry wheat pours a golden, orange hue. The frothy two finger off-white, slightly pink-tinted head fades to leave a spotty lace. The slight aroma of cherries doesn't over power the soft wheat smell. These flavors play wonderfully together, neither overpowering the other in taste. With a medium-light body, cherry wheat leaves you with a mildly tart montmorency cherry finish.
OktoberfestOktoberfest pours with a deep golden color. This lager's head is thick and foamy which leaves a thick web of lace. The sweet caramel and brown sugar aroma balances well with a hint of grain. Very malty and lightly hopped, the flavor of rich caramel makes this oktoberfest extremely drinkable.
WinterlandWinterland is deep brown to black with amber highlights. The massive brown head deposits large sheets of lace right down to the very last sip. The dark malt and heavy dark chocolate aroma mixed with a slight juniper scent, give winterland a sort of chocolate covered berry aroma. The rich roasted malt flavor makes it's appearance first, followed by a dark bitter chocolate flavor. Winterland is reminiscent of a porter or stout with a surprising juniper berry finish.
Berliner WeisseOur berliner weisse pours a light straw color. The head forms rapidly, but quickly dissipates. Slight sour notes hit the pallet due to the addition of lactobacillus in the brewing process. Very low hop character. Very clean and refreshing. Pairs well with salty foods and cured meats. A great beer to use as a "pallet re-set" when tasting food and beverage
Bourbon Barrel StoutBourbon barrel stout pours an opaque black with a billowy tan head and lots of light lacing. With aromas of coffee and chocolate, the backbone of this brew is bourbon and oak. The smell does nothing but enhance the rich flavors. With a full bodied mouth feel, this stout finishes with a note of lingering bourbon.
Bourbon Barrel DoppelbockOur bourbon barrel doppelbock pours a dark amber with an ample, two finger khaki head. Aromas of bourbon and caramel fill the nose. The taste of bourbon oak and caramel fill the palette and finishes smooth. This brew was aged 10 months in bourbon barrels.
Grand CruGrand cru pours a ruby red. The thick, off white head leaves soapy lacing throughout the entirety of the glass. The citrus aroma mixed with the sweet taste adds a complexity to the brew. Our grand cru finishes with a mild bitterness.
Lunatic Imperial StoutLunatic…go ahead howl at the moon…after tasting this delicious beer, you may have no choice in the matter. We brew hinterland lunatic to draw out that instinctual yearning to go against the grain, to take a chance, and to experience something totally whacked. Lunatic defines what getting crazy in the brewhouse is all about. This beer blends together copius amounts of flaked oats, 2 row, vienna, chocolate and roasted barley malts along with columbus hops in order to create the ultimate imperial stout.

Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Strong AleWhite out pours a dark chestnut brown. The khaki head leaves a small soapy lace ring which remains around the top of the beer. The spectacular aroma of buttery caramel malt and bourbon hit you first, followed by a subtle citrus fruit. Smooth bourbon oak and vanilla blend well with the sweet caramel malts. White out goes down smooth with a slow, lingering bitterness
Unoaked Imperial Strong AlePours a rich caramel brown leaving a khaki head with soapy lacing around the glass. Aromas of floral from the dry hops fills the nose with a subtle caramel in the background. Sweet as it hits the tongue, the unoaked imperial IPA goes down smooth with a lingering bitterness.
