Went there yesterday. I'll start out with the good points, then get to what I didn't like. Food was fair to middlin. I enjoyed my T-bone steak, baked potato was tender. My dining companion enjoyed his duck a' l'orange--was happy that they served the orange sauce on the side as it was very strong. Atmosphere was decent. But I expected more from a place with cloth napkins that's for sure. What I didn't like. Was GREATLY disappointed with salad bar. The lettuce looked like the bagged variety that you get at the grocery store, and was iceberg style. choice of only 4 very basic dressings--no bleu cheese or thousand island in sight. No cottage cheese or macaroni salads, no pickled beets, or chickpeas. No soup on the salad bar (??????) so if you wanted salad bar you didn't get soup---that is ridiculous. What are they being cheapos here? In the phone book they boast of a great salad bar--don't believe it, it's a lie. I hate it when places boast a great salad bar and then you find out it's crappy. The house ceasar salad was lame. Our waitress offered the Caesar salad diners fresh pepper on their salads, but didn't offer it to me (why? because I ordered salad bar, so I don't rate for fresh pepper? Offer it to all at the table!!! I shouldn't have to ask.) You get cheap gluey white bread rather than dinner rolls. The sour cream came with chives already mixed into it which made my potato taste like a sour cream and onion potato chip. Our food was served LUKEWARM--ick. No draught beer and very limited beer list. I ordered a red wine and received a chintzy 1/2 glass of white wine. Altogether it was extremely unprofessional for a supper club. Please don't waste your time at this joint, and take your business elsewhere....you will walk out disappointed if you do go here.....and it ain't cheap. Can't believe this place has lasted 60 years. I will tell everyone I know to stay far from here.
Pros: looks nice on the inside and outside
Cons: the salad bar is the worst I've ever seen....I've seen better at dive places

This is a friendly, family-owned supper club that not only serves great food, but has entertainment on the weekends, as well! Our group of four ordered duck (flavorful and juicy), shish-kabob (tender and perfectly cooked), walleye (nicely breaded and big!), and the tenderloin/lobster combo (tasty and succulent). We also split a couple of appetizers, which were excellent, and enjoyed a good bottle of wine. We were very impressed by this restaurant and would highly recommend it to anyone.
Pros: Good parking, Good entertainment, Reasonably priced

I had the prime rib which was delicious! I also had the fried shrimp, which were not greasy at all and were huge. The ceasar salad was lemony and fresh. My table split some orders of roasted garlic- I highly recommend that addition.
